Is coffee a clear culprit in causing loss in bone density or merely a myth?
Each of us reminiscences of our childhood, recalling memories of our dedicated mothers chasing the lill ones around the house clutching onto that loyal glass of milk.

This research suggests that variation in vitamin D receptors is a prerequisite to bone density loss, limiting the role of caffeine has in aggravating the same.

These statistics favoring men and their bones are backed by scientific data collected over the years as well, making it more dubious to reach a conclusive set of results.
Different studies confirm a different set of views and perspectives making it difficult to hold caffeine as a clear culprit in causing bone density loss or as the innocent victim to the world of myths we dwell in.
This subject is still under scrutiny and is being evaluated under the microscope of the scientific world. However, it must be noted that excess of anything can be harmful to the body which works in a truly wondrous fashion.
It is better to be safe than sorry and curb consumption of caffeine it not entirely eliminate it from our lives. Let’s face it, some of us just can’t get our eyes to catch a glimpse of the morning sun without a strong aromatic brew of the genuine coffee beans.
